What Would You Say?

If you had just one more day left, what would you do? Who would you call? And what would you say?

Would you finally take that holiday you planned a decade ago and run naked into the Aegean Sea?

Looking back, what would be the story of your life?

What We Do

Founded in London by Preet Jowhal (more information below), Tangerine Yard is a new media company dedicated to telling the extraordinary stories of unsung heroes around the world. We want to inspire and IMPLORE YOU to go do this one life we have with crazy, wild abandon.

With the tiny speck of time we have on this planet, you don’t have to live life the way others tell you to. And by showcasing true stories of adventure, love and sacrifice we’re going to build a permanent sanctuary of hope and inspiration for generations to come- and ensure important voices don’t get lost.

Stories give us a glimpse into the worlds of others. They encourage empathy. They comfort us and show us we’re not alone. And they break through all the chaos and noise to make us see each other.

For us here at Tangerine Yard, every story matters and every voice matters. Our mission is to empower everyone to live freely and shape their own destiny.

So with every Tangerine Yard production or product release, we donate a portion of sales directly to the Global Foodbanking Network. Our target with every production or product release is to donate a minimum of one million meals and provide access to global relief networks helping people break the cycle of poverty.

We’ll publish impact statements upon every release AND we’ll publish an annual roundup report every December, so you can see exactly how much has been raised, where the funds have been distributed and the direct on-the-ground impact.

And it all begins with Boomstar

She is on a crusade to help you kick fear in the face and go do this one life the way you want. After 16 years’ experience using art, design and storytelling to build global brands (from Diesel and Turkish Airlines to Adidas, Loewe, H&M, Kenzo, Nike, The Good Egg and Desigual) and attaining revenues of $300M+; it took a lost fiancé (don’t worry he’s FINE), her Dadi’s** brutal truth bombs and deathbed bucket list to wake up, book a flight to Istanbul (a story for another day because we’re short on time and someone somewhere has a garlic focaccia in the oven right?) and finally take the leap.

To do that thing she’d always dreamed of doing but kept putting off to one day. But not this time. She decided to jump with both arms in the air and finally… Tangerine Yard was born.

*Seriously, email her for the secret ingredients and see what happens to your patty game…

**Dadi: (/da-dee/), noun: paternal grandmother in Hindi. Prone to serious bouts of emotional blackmail. Makes the best parathas.

So Back To Our Question At The Start...

What is it you need to do like yesterday? What’s the big idea you feel you should at least try? Where do you want to go? Who do you need to spend time with, touch, and hold? What is the letter you need to write? And what will you say?

What WILL you do? Because it’s time to live it. Say it. Do it now.
